Domestic Cleaning

We have over 15 years' experience in cleaning carpets and upholstery throughout the Derby and Nottingham Area. Myself Neil Gadsby am trained to NVQ Level 2 in cleaning all types of carpet and upholstery and rugs.

The Cleaning system we use is called hot water extraction or sometimes known as steam cleaning, which is the recommended cleaning process by all major carpet retailers.

Carpet Cleaning

When attending your property, we will first check for any unforeseen problems and discuss them with you. All wooden or metal furniture will have plastic tabs placed beneath the feet to prevent any colour leakage into the carpet from the furniture.

All furniture in the rooms were carpets are to be cleaned will be removed as required. Were curtains are draping onto damp carpets these are again lifted.

If necessary we offer a turbo drying system which means your carpet and upholstery will dry much quicker.

Upholstery Cleaning

Again when cleaning upholstery, we will first check the furniture for any unforeseen problems and discuss them with you. We will perform a colour test to determine whether there will be any risk of colour instability. A shrinkage test will also be carried out as a precautionary measure prior to any cleaning.

We feel the steps just highlighted are a necessity prior to any cleaning of carpets and upholstery, and any reputable cleaning company should do this prior to any cleaning taking place.

Rug Cleaning

A pre-inspection will take place and we would advise of any colour instability, and the success rate in removing stains which can vary greatly depending on the type of rug.

If possible we will clean the rug at your home, but if this is not practical we can remove and clean and dry off site.

Leather Upholstery Cleaning

We will do an initial inspection and hand clean your leather upholstery. We will attempt all stain removal. The leather will be renourished and treated with leather conditioner.
